Lee Warden’s practice is grounded in extensive jury trial experience on both sides of the courtroom. As a deputy prosecutor and defense attorney, he has tried dozens of felony cases before Arkansas juries and handled matters involving every classification of crime, from misdemeanors through the most serious felony charges.
His prosecution experience in El Dorado and Fayetteville gives him a practical understanding of how the State develops a case. His work as a public defender and private defense attorney centers on testing that case, protecting the accused’s rights, and presenting the defense clearly to a judge or jury.

A Fayetteville native, Lee has practiced in Northwest Arkansas, Little Rock, and South Arkansas. His background also includes insurance defense, workers’ compensation, general liability, and appellate brief writing. He brings that breadth of experience to criminal defense, family matters, civil disputes, probate, and guardianship proceedings.

Born and raised in Fayetteville, Lee Warden has practiced throughout Arkansas, including Northwest Arkansas, Little Rock, and South Arkansas. His career includes insurance defense, service as a deputy prosecutor in El Dorado and Fayetteville, and public defense in Northwest Arkansas.
Lee has extensive jury trial experience involving every classification of Arkansas crime, from misdemeanors through the most serious felonies. He has tried dozens of felony cases before juries as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney. That background informs his assessment of the evidence, witness examination, trial preparation, and advice to clients.
He graduated from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2009, served on the Arkansas Law Review, and authored a published note on Arkansas criminal procedure. His legal background also includes workers’ compensation defense, general liability defense, and appellate brief writing.
Lee’s community service includes board work with the Women’s Crisis Center of South Arkansas and The Hearts of the Father Outdoor Expeditions, which provides outdoor experiences and mentorship for young people. Lee and his wife, Lensa, have three children. Outside the office, he enjoys the Razorbacks and golf.
